Tore out old and installed new drywall in ugly, crumbling 1960s garage. Also repaired existing ceiling drywall. Now it looks fantastic and I look forward to spending time in it. Excellent job, meticulous attention to detail, and very reasonable price. Also a really nice guy to work with. Will be my go-to for all my construction and renovation needs. Shaun was friendly but our positive experience with him ended there. It takes him an eternity to finish a project and he charges an hourly rate as if he's someone with far more experience and talent. To boot, he expects a deposit in advance and then to be paid as he goes. He started over a full year after we accepted his estimate-one that stated he'd start in two to three months. Then when he finally began, he strung his work out for eight months when it should have taken one, leaving us no choice but to break ties with him. Naturally the job was unfinished and we were left holding an unopened molding knife that cost twice as much ($300) as its list value. If you have time to chat ad nauseam about his "plans" and are prepared to hear excuse after excuse about his super short work days, this is your guy. ;p Run, don't walk, AWAY from Taylored Renovations! :(

Shaun did a great job fixing a pocket door and repairing an area in the ceiling before we sold the house. Very professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with - would recommend highly!
