Absolute worst company in the way of professionalism ever. If they were the last company left and my heat or AC went out I would suffer through it and not call them.

Since install of our new home hvac system with home humidifier and fireplace its been nothing but problems. Immediately after install the humidifier would not work. 3 separate technicians came out each saying the other did it wrong, the last one said that they dont really work and this is what it is. The first summer we had no air conditioning on the upstairs unit. The refrigerant was gone. When we called to have it looked at we were informed that we were out of the service area (we are 21 miles from them) and would have to pay an additional fee to have it looked at despite them installing it and it not working within a year. They then didnt show up and we had to have another company come. The leak has continued and has been filled 3x with no leak detected at the units so coming from line somewhere. The furnace went out and we were told again that we were out of service area (fortunately yet another company (Iltens) was able to replace the circuit board and even covered it under warranty. The second air conditioning unit has also lost refrigerant now. Its unfortunate that a company wont stand behind the equipment they install even when the products are under warranty.
