Let me start this review by saying I have had nothing but great experiences from the bank, tellers here and my loan officer. When I purchased my home, I was encouraged to use IMT insurance. It appears that their insurance Office in North liberty closed. This was not communicated to me by the agent I had. I was left without insurance for my home as a result. This is an extremely dangerous situation. Additionally, I havent been reimbursed for the two months I will not be covered. Not sure if thats a negligent oversight on GreenState part or the insurance company. Will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau about the situation as well as the states attorney generals office of consumer protection division to see how to proceed.
