Havilah has assisted several of my seller clients in preparing their houses for sale. She helped them declutter, purge, pack, organize and stage their homes. Havilah has a unique skill set that includes organizational management as well as interior design. She is very detailed-oriented and can easily create systems to allow homeowners to stay organized in their spaces. When rooms, closets, cabinets, storage rooms and garages are decluttered and organized, it allows buyers to appreciate all the details of a home and not feel overwhelmed. She has helped me with furniture placement and can use the homeowners own furniture and accessories along with carefully chosen pieces from her collection to specifically curate rooms to look their best and appeal to a wide range of buyers. Havilah has strong communication skills and balances working with homeowners and me as a listing agent to create a team to accomplish the goal of not only getting the home picture ready, but increasing the chances of selling quickly and for top dollar.
