Horrible experience. . . Initial good impression went south just shortly after our down payment was made.The lack of communication and professionalism was over the top poor. Customer service person ,Jordan, went out of his way to try to make things right. Was so tired of the whole thing, felt like we just settled at the end. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Services: Kitchen countertop replacement, Kitchen cabinet installation

Barb and my contractor, Mr. Griffin worked seamlessly on my kitchen and bathroom projects. I was overwhelmed, as we were only the second owners of this 1960's home and felt much needed to be updated to our needs. They were true to their word on timing and products and Mr. Griffins' subcontractors timelines. It was not stressful and timely as our past remodels have been on another older home. Barb was immensely helpful with her many ideas and years of expertise, always returned my calls AND even checked on the project personally . Mr. Griffin is a superior contractor and his expertise on finishing work is unbelievable. If we ran into a problem, as you do with older homes, he had solutions that worked ! I plan on doing my next two bathroom remodels with Miss. Messer and Mr. Griffin. Very pleased!
