Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Twice i have ordered prescriptions from this pharmacy and both times I get there and they didnt have them. I drive an HOUR to get to this pharmacy and both times these were premeds for procedures that I then had to reschedule because the meds weren't there. They never called or explained why they didn't have them prior to my driving there to pick them up, I was expecting them to be there because I was never told otherwise. RIDICULOUS communication. If they would just communicate, i could work around it and not make a 2 HOUR round trip FOR NO REASON!!!!

I actually give a zero. The pharmacist Brenna Robinson does not deserve a title. She is always extremely rude and unprofessional every time I come to the Dodge St. Pharmacy. I should not feel like I'm at the principles office when I visit. She would benefit greatly by attending anger management classes.

The cafe and "restaurant" seems to have terrible cleanliness. I have seen the plates they use have flecks or sometimes even large smears of what looks like egg yolks on them. The glasses seem to be unclean too. If I have to eat there I would insist on getting food to go. It might take longer for me to get my food but at least I know that the To-go containers will be clean.
