Left a voice mail with an inquiry about services they provide and got a call back in a short period of time. Even though they were unable to help with my request, Deb, still took the time to return the call. Service like that is sorely lacking for the most part nowadays.

A+ work and reliability! They were excellent in doing their due diligence to determine what type of reverse osmosis system would be best, and they performed quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

I called to have a basement shower installed, no answer so I left a message. Got a call back soon that day from Adam, and unfortunately for me, they were pretty booked. That said, this guy was great. He didnt just hang up with condolences, he asked a lot of questions about my project, referred me to their trusted contractors ( I need tile and grout, a plumber, an electrician and a drywall ceiling for the project), and took a genuine interest in what I had going on. He offered to field any questions I would have in the future, and helped me get started. With that level of customer service, I can understand why in December they're booked until the end of February. For comparison, I left 4 messages with other remodeling specialists, and Borgstahl was the only to respond in the same day, some still havent at all. I appreciated the phone call enough to write this review. Also important to note that this is a family owned and run business. Cheers to good business practices!
