        Conrad and his crew were great! We had an unknown crack in our shower that caused water to burst through the ceiling. Conrad came out quickly and did not wait for the on call crew to get fans to start mitigation as he knew it would take significantly longer. Instead he got all the equipment and came back himself. By this time it was well past when his shift was over and it was Friday night and could have easily been home with his family , but instead he took care of my family. A true neighbor helping a neighbor living in the local community. I cant thank the ServePro team and Conrad enough and for the follow up to be sure there was no additional water or mold damage.
