I relocated from Minnesota to Iowa at the beginning of the year for a job promotion, one of the most stressful experiences in the past has been finding a good apartment and place to live, and I was worried the features I wanted wouldnt be possible within my preferred budget. I found Johnston Gardens and reached out, the Property Manager Cindi, reached out to me within the hour, sent me multiple pictures of the unit, talked to me about the features and made the process so easy. I ended up having to move even earlier than expected, and Cindi went above and beyond in moving my lease up, making sure I was all set up and made the process extremely easy. She is absolutely amazing and communicates with all her residents extremely well and on a personal basis. Each unit has W/D in unit, modern appliances, showers and plenty of space. Really glad I chose these apartments and would recommend them for anyone looking for their next home!
