When I was looking at moving I was a bit anxious on how the process would be as it wasnt easy when we moved into our old apartment. However, The staff has been so helpful and friendly. Setting everything up was so easy thanks to the guidance of staff. We are truly so blessed to be given this opportunity and are excited to be apart of the reserve at glenstone community

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU MIGHT BREAK THE LEASE. If you think you might relocate for a job or buy a house and need to end the lease early do not move here. Short version of the story is we bought a house needed to break a lease huge red flags about this apartment made me think they are running some sort of scam. While we were trying to find someone to take over our lease they said they wouldn't tell anyone that our apartment was available. After continuous efforts we weren't able to find someone and giving them plenty of warning we were moving we had to end up officially abandoning the apartment and send emails with the Iowa code iof tenant rights multiple times. Anyways January rolls around and they send us a final bill stating we owe them basically more then what was left on the lease but the lease end date wasn't until march so how can they send us a final bill and charge us for months that haven't even happened yet? There was still opportunity for them to have a new tenant. They wouldn't tell us if someone moved in we had to find out another way and we sent an email back explaining that we know someone moved in, stating what we owe and that it was not near the amount they said we owed and basically they can't charge double rent. They can't charge us rent while they are charging a current tenant rent. Finally it was resolved in the end we only had to pay a few hundred dollars compared to a few thousand. We went back and forth with them for so long, giving them notice and trying are best and they were so horrible. They will NOT help you, there is no official break lease fee or anything in their contract they will waste more time trying to make it harder then helping. We have had other friends break leases at other apartments and all they do is charge for a month or two and if someone comes in looking for an apartment they will tell them there is one available. Not lie to possible renters and then try to charge double rent. We rented for two years, paid on time with garages and were good tenants and they were beyond disrespectful and unethical.

Timely repaired seems to have done a great job! Dustin is great at listening and responding to the request! However, the issue remains but may be more focused now to resolve the problem of inconsistent hot water control and flow. The toilet handle issue was completely resolved! Dustin and I have worked out a more specific plan for the monitoring of the plumbing problem. Sincerely, Girard Weber 1/26/23
