I have lived at Johnston Vintage for 2 plus years now. I really like the friends that I have made here. Even through COVID this past year I know that there are people within the building to visit with (at a distance). prior to COVID we had a very active social life right here at Vintage. We are starting to resume activities again and I am looking forward to fun activities this summer here. Being a coop, we are all involved with the operating decisions and planning the activities here which is yet another way to get to know our neighbors. My family like the feeling of security that I experience here. Being a coop, I have a shared ownership in Vintage Johnston. I really liked that aspect when I had my taxes done as both my real estate taxes and mortgage interest helped my tax bottom line. I strongly suggest if you are thinking about downsizing from a larger home or just want a place where neighbors are close by that you visit us to check out Johnston Vintage. Margaret Ellis
