This was my second time working with Holly; it reminded my why we chose her the first time. While selling our acreage, she switched to help us with the process of building a new home. She was always there following the process and assisting willingly. Since I lost my husband during this time, she was a solid person on whom to lean. She took care of any problems that came up saving me from having to deal with them; and she managed to settle them in my best interest. My husband and I have known Holly for about two years, which is when we began our search for a property. Shes been very patient with us as we went to see several houses some very nice and many not so nice. She always gave us her honest opinion yet allowed us to make our own decisions. Holly recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home together and we could not be happier with the level of service she provided, often going above and beyond. Ive known Holly for at least 10 years but through working with her as our realtor I learned how detail oriented and organized she is. She was on top of every step that goes with buying a home. Her communication was excellent with consistent updates and shes very personable and down to earth. She explained things in laymans terms and helped put us at ease while working through some stressful negotiations.
