Initially, the experience went very well. After the storms in March and all my neighbors getting their roofs looked at, I decided I should have my newer one still looked at. They found enough damage, got insurance to cover a full replacement. It took a little bit of time, but they did the job well, fixed any other damage caused, etc.
I also had some siding damage. Again, they were great to work with initially. They found as close a replacement as possible and we first did a partial replacement. It took a while to get to that point and it doesn't match due to age (not their fault) and it was suggested we look at what a full replacement would be and see what insurance can do. They've ghosted me since. I've tried following up several times with RoofSmart as they said they would work with insurance. I can't get a response from anyone and it leaves me some concern that if I ever have problems with the roof, even with their guarantees, they'll be hard to get ahold of.
First impressions were great, but recent lack of interaction makes it hard to recommend them. Services: Roof installation, Roof inspection
