I went here faithfully when it was To Haas. It used to run like a Swiss clock. Things have gone downhill since. I once waited six hours for an oil change that didnt happen. I asked if it was safe to wait to fix a tie rod that needed replaced and was told it was fine to wait but it turns out thats not safe, so I got it fixed right away. During another oil change, an oil leak was found but couldnt be worked on for a week because the guy who does those wasnt available. The day of my appointment I waited for four and a half hours for the parts to come in because they hadnt ordered them until a couple hours before my appointment. Theres no communication about how long something will take and it always takes twice as long as I anticipated it would. Because they didnt have the parts, my car wasnt fixed that day. We rescheduled and I had to wait another week to get in. In the mean time, my engine began to overheat. I took it to a friend whos a retired mechanic and he said that oil was everywhere in the engine and the radiator has begun to leak. The oil showed up to the top of the dip stick. My car is now ruined and Im having to buy a new one. The initial $500 fix estimate is now approx $2,500. I was also given a different type of oil this time than usual as the mechanic at the desk asked if I usually got that kind and I assumed he was looking at my history. I only found out it was different when the oil change was way more expensive than anticipated. Theres a lack of quality control and consistency and communication. Theres also an assumption that youre able to drop the car off or wait with it all day. I dont know much about cars so I cant prove that it wasnt safe to drive with the oil leak but after the misinformation about the tie rod, I do wonder if Id gone somewhere else if my car would still be operational.

My wife arrived late in the day with a tire going flat with a hunk of metal in the tire. They got right on it and had her out the door in no time at all !
