        Sure dont mind selling me or my father thousands of dollars worth of stuff but when it comes down to it is something doesnt go right with the stuff that they sold you they wont help you theyll tell you that theyre not a Verizon store. Recently received a Sim card in the mail I was told by the lady on the phone that I could just go to any Verizon wireless authorized dealer. And that they would take care of it for me no charge. I have seen people that dont want to do work and that was this they just did not want to help me so they told me it was $35 to do it. Total copout. Dont waste your time unless you want to just spend money there and not get help.
