Watering Can Floral and Gifts

Im from out of state and wanted to order a plant for a friend. My initial thought was to just go online and order it. Instead, I looked up this local flower shop with great reviews and wow, was I glad I did! I spoke with Lora, the owner, on the phone and after chatting, she helped me to decide on the perfect gift. She was super friendly, offered great ideas and delivered a beautiful pot and plant at a reasonable price, same day! Just a reminder to support your local businesses! My experience with Lora made my day!

Absolutely the best flower shop! I have purchased flowers on 2 different occasions; over the phone. Each time the family memebers have not been disappointed! The flowers last for a long time! Ms.Shawna was amazing in assisting me over the phone. She was so thoughtful, professional and full of creative ideas! She put together a beautiful arrangement. Ms.Shawna even sent me pictures of the arrangement. Shop local and support a super duper business!

The customer service was wonderful! I got a few Christmas Presents that were so cute and great quality! I was so happy with the poinsettia's and the price was very fair!

The first two photos where what was advertised. The third photo was another arrangement sent out to a same teacher. The last photo was the arrangement sent out for my order to my teacher's. The teacher's were so grateful and happy, however I was extremely disappointed, not that they weren't pretty, just not what I was expecting. I contacted the Watering Can, immediately they apologized, offered to make it right. Even suggested waiting to resend the flowers so the teacher's could enjoy the flowers a little longer. I am MORE than happy with their work, their ability to fix an issue and be so thoughtful about the situation. I understand there are mishaps and things get overlooked. I am thankful there wasn't an argument or an big to do about it and that both sets of teacher's got the flowers they deserved! Watering Can employees are truly caring about the reputation they have, the customer satisfaction, and if making an oversight will make the situation right. You couldn't ask for a better outcome. Not all businesses and people are this easy to work with. They will have our flower business moving forward!
