        Ordered bacon and Swiss on croissant. Received sausage and Swiss on croissant. Took it back in and had them fix it. Bacon was like rubber and so greasey, the croissant was soggy.

        Ordered wagyu burger and it came raw.. Called in to tell them and they argued with me that the burger was supposed to be pink. This wasn't pink, it was red and raw. Very argumentative, but replaced my burger.

        No proper greeting! I spoke to the cashier 1st. Ordered the #5 med with the chicken fried fresh. Received my order promptly. I said its drop fresh that fast. The manager stated it was just pulled up. Needless to say it wasntThe fries was all crumbs

        This was my 2nd time coming here since Arbys opened and both times Ive gotten sick from the food I went yesterday with a friend, food was mid and I didnt get my chocolate shake that I ordered either.
