They installed a New Lennox EL296UH070XV36B 70,000 BTU 96% AFUE Propane Furnace Two Stage, Variable, Lennox ML14XC1S030 2 Ton Condenser / A Coil 16 SEER would Highly Recommend Langel's Pluming and Heating!! We call Mark at Langel's and tell him what problems we're having. Mark put us on the schedule, and someone shows up ASAP. Always dependable.

The workers there are all very nice and the owner is great- unfortunately the end results havent gone well. They messed up my water heater, installing the wrong one, then messed up installing the right one, it took hours to put in and I was charged well over three times the listed price due to labor resulting in their mistake. Another time I had water on the floor in the basement. After reviewing and cleaning up using my supplies (only about a gallon of water) and only about 15 minutes of the technician being at my house- I was charged $200. The bill said they didnt do anything, or know what the problem was, but to call if it happened again. Since then I had another plumber come in, determine it was a faulty cap, replace it and resolve the issue. They also were only here 15 minutes and charged half of what Langels did. I had the main line cleaned for less than the charge of Langels as well. Very disappointing. I contacted them about the $200 bill and they seemed confused that I would be upset. Nothing was done and they couldnt determine the issue I wish I had better experiences because the workers and owner are very nice people and have always been prompt and courteous.
