      image I had to get my 2021 taxes redone, no big deal. Until they were not done correctly the second time. I had to figure it out on my own and put pressure on the Manager. I made multiple calls and wasted so much of my time. I finally got my refund and got a refund from H&R Block. The people who run this franchise are not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone I hate!!
