This company has gone downhill in the past few years. I went there for my 2022 taxes. They claim to be "professional" however my taxes were tossed around from person to person. They lost them at one point and couldn't find them. They promised they would be done. They didn't actually do my taxes until the night of the deadline. I received no contact about them, no explanation of what they did, or how i could do things better for next year, or nothing. No professional anything, i received better service from H&R block by kids who took a month-long course. Then, the icing on the cake was receiving the bill, right on time, for full price. And when i didn't pay their fee on time, they sure started running the interest on the bill. I sent their company an email, complaining and telling them i would not be going there again and would not be paying their fee for horrible service. I received a letter basically telling me, "You can't quit, you are fired," and they will hold my taxes information hostage until i pay their fee. Completely unprofessional, not worth the headaches, and would avoid this place at all costs.

I have been getting my taxes done at the Manchester location since 2000. They have people who are exceptionally knowledgeable about clergy taxes. Anne M. is the best! Thank you.
