Azure apartments

My experience here as been fine for the most part, but there are a few concerning things I need to mention: -the first week I lived here I was unpacking and someone came stomping up the stairs and knocked very aggressively on my door. I did not answer as I felt unsafe and they knocked twice more before walking away. 10 minutes later I received an email that someone below me had made a noise complaint against me. I responded to the email saying that all I was doing was moving in, and I was very confused how I was disturbing someone. They then told me that they had accidentally contacted the wrong unit (maybe review your records before disturbing someone??) and then accused me of housing someone who was not on the lease, which was untrue. -a month into living here my fridge stopped working. It took them an entire month and many emails to get them to fix this problem. -I have ring cameras, and the men who "work" for maintenance both flipped my cameras off for no reason, and also unplugged them while I was at work. -they unplugged my carbon monoxide detector while I was at work. -during the first few weeks of January when we had a lot of snow the parking lot was awful. My car got stuck and I was late for work because they failed to properly clear the parking lot. There were piles of snow in the middle of the parking lot, days after the snow had fallen and many needed to leave to go to work. -my mailbox lock broke and it took 2 weeks and no responses to my email to fix it. -there was a scheduled check for maintenance to come in and check our sinks/bathtubs/toilets as our water bill apparently doubled in one month. This was rescheduled once and then just straight up never happened; I never received any information on why this was the case. -There was a roach in my bathroom, so I reported it to maintenance. They said they scheduled a spraying. It has been over a month and I have heard absolutely nothing. Overall, this place is very affordable, but that's because they do the absolute bare minimum, if even that, to keep this place afloat. The only reason this place is still functioning is people are desperate for a cheap place to live. -

not super clean, and tends to smell weird. could be residents.

Very low rent witch is nice but the problem's I have encountered here lately is not worth it! All I am going to say is that I would keep track of everything when renting from them.They do not keep up with parking lot very well during the winter time. So keep a shovel handy! My experience of living here has not been good at all!! Infact I am starting to feel very uncomfortable!! Cause every time I turn around I get a notice on my door almost like they are watching my place. Making false reports and accusations! This is the first apartment I've had problem's with! I've never had any problems with any other places that I have lived at before, so that being said.... I do not recommend them at all!

All I'm going to say: Great place for folks to get back on their feet & Budget friendly. No bugs. Otherwise: don't have High expectations.!!!
