If I could give them zero stars I would. Went to this location to cash memorial checks with my father for my mother who passed away recently. The lady who helped us Angela and another lady whose name I didnt get were extremely rude and unhelpful. Stated my mothers name was not on the account anymore (because shes dead and we had to take her off the account two weeks ago) and questioned us like we were criminals. Suggested that we go to a different location where people would know us? They also said we could not cash memorial checks and they would need to create a different account for them? Unfortunately we needed to cash these checks to be able to give the money as donation to a non-profit organization in my mothers name. They also did not even ask for my fathers identification or a letter proving he is the executor of the estate. Extremely disappointed by the treatment we received at such a sensitive and difficult time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

If you are in need of some emergency cash , stay clear of this bank. They will let you over draft then add a fee the same day . Wells Fargo is much better. Atleast they give you a 24 hour grace period and not so thirsty to add a fee like this bank is

Great to see new Marion branch open again. But epic fail on whoever designed the drive up . Hard to pull into, way to low .
