At first the company was responsive to our needs. The Tech was a nice guy but lacked follow-up, communication, and represented things incorrectly. I spoke with him a week prior to a phone call at which time I let him know that we had an outstanding bill and would get him a check. He dismissed it by saying no worries/ problem. They agreed to come out for another project. He didn't like the fact that I reminded him that he told us we would not incur any problems via a decision we made based on his feedback. He then stopped and said he had to call his office. He then picked up his items and said; I was instructed to leave due to an outstanding bill. He would not talk about it and kept left the office. They knew we had an outstanding bill when they agreed to come out but clearly didn't like hearing our problem was a result that he provided incorrect information.
