The only good thing they ever done is help prepaid accounts during this covid19 pandemic. I sat on hold for an hr atonight and never got to speak yo anyone and id put the screen shot of the call on here if there was an option to do so. SMH! I bet Verizon woulfnt do that to their customers

I really didn't go here for myself a friend had to do business with them and we spent right about an hour here to get 2 phones turned on.

We had questions because the screen of our phone appears cracked. I wish I had the name of the young man who helped us. He was awesome. He helped with the screen saver warranty and answered additional questions we had about Apps on the phone. He was cheerful about it and not disturbed by our lack of experience with the phone.
