        My package was supposed to go from Illinois to Cedar Rapids. Instead,, it went right by Cedar Rapids to Des Moines. Then it went from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids, where it should have went out for delivery. Nope. They sent it back to Des Moines again, for the second time. Wanna learn geography and map-reading?         Driver called when I wasn't available, they pretty much said I'll do whatever's easiest. Picked up the package at the warehouse, heard "has someone helped you?" About 15 times, they even carried my boxes out. Could not be happier, they seem great
