Dollar General

I get that everyone needs to work and have a job but the kid Nick that works there needs some more customer service training. I go to dollar general to avoid having to go into Walmart but now it's gonna be the other way around. I didn't know they closed at 8 and I showed up a few minutes before close and say I know you close soon but can I grab a couple things. Nick then said be quick you have 3 minutes. I turned to him and say what are you gonna do if I'm in here after 8?. The manager then says he wasn't being serious andi reply with he seems pretty serious and I'm gonna take my time. Every time I go there Nick has an attitude and I let it pass because I understand some people don't have filters but if he is gonna work in customer service he needs to know how to handle situations better and people need to stop letting him get awaysl with it and make excuses for him.

ZERO STARS if i could. Not sure HOW the man behind the counter got a job there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was having trouble with my card so, I politely stepped aside for the other guests to be serviced. They werent bothered & i also apologized to them for the inconvenience. They laughed, said it was no problem, & carried on checking out. The employee on the other hand, rude. VERY. Once I got my card figured out, I stepped back up the cashier, apologized to him for the inconvenience as well, & asked if we could try it one more time. He responded with a huge sigh followed with Well, it BETTER work this time. I didnt realize my issue was such a huge one to him. He needs to be fired immediately. Doesnt matter though because i will not be returning. Corporate should be notified as I have seen him be very rude to other customers as well.
