Marion Janitorial Supply Company has above and beyond customer service unlike anywhere else I go. While in search of a certain product (I am beyond picky and can be tough to deal with. I love to get a solid product for my money's worth, especially in today's economy), Janet will make the search easier. Janet will try her hardest to answer all of my questions (I know she has researched some of my questions). Janet will attempt her hardest to get that product. If she cannot get the product she will find alternatives with the same quality close to what I am looking for. She is beyond patient with me and makes sure she understands what I am looking for. "Thing-a-bobber" is in my vocabulary. . .it drives others crazy but not her. I am a former traveling medical worker. I was working 3rd shift (over night) restocking supplies in the facility for the next day; while also making sure my patients where being taken care of properly and in a timely manner. I was getting COVID bins ready for the next day when I realized there was only enough COVID 19 masks to make it up until my shift the following night. After realizing this, a full building search of COVID 19 masks started with all the staff on duty. There was none to be found. As soon as Marion Janitorial Supply Company opened in the morning, I was calling Janet to see if there was any masks. I was able to purchase COVID 19 mask that day (with the use of COVID protocol to keep everyone safe). Those COVID 19 masks where used that night (everyone was thankful for their mask)!!! This small business supports the Marion community whole heartily even when times are uncertain. They are making small impacts on the community that will make big benefits to the community over time. Examples of this are (but not even close to all the ways this company helps Marion): when a storm went through and knocked out power/electricity throughout the town. They went to where a food truck was and paid for meals for individuals in that area. Another time they hired a mobile pizza oven to go out to a local neighborhood that did not have power due to the storm to help feed the community. I experienced while I shop spratically (in the old show room or their new location) the show room is always emaculantly maintained and show cased in parstine condition. Amazing customer service, price & quality. I purchased a walk behind scrubber below online pricing & it arrived so quickly! I also received a call letting me know it was on the way & to tell me the supplies that work best which made my day! There's nothing worse than ordering new equipment and not having everything you need when it arrives (except for when Santa forgets to include batteries on Christmas morning). I will buy 100% of my cleaning supplies here for both of my businesses & my home.
