        Went in on Friday. heard two people talking went back saw two women they saw us. Stood around 10 minutes and then left. No verbal acknowledgement of any kind.

        Absolutely fantastic team to work with! They came in under many of the quotes we had received, and the quality of work was excellent. I don't know how they did it, but they did! Everything was on time, done quickly, done profesionnaly, and any other positive adjective you can think of. Definitely recommend them and already have!

      John, I understand that walking in and not being greeted is disappointing. Unfortunately, when you came in on Friday we had one designer working and she was in an appointment with another customer and on hold on the phone with one of our venders. When she finished the phone call, you had already left. I'm sorry we missed you! We take pride in giving good customer service and certainly wouldn't ignore anyone intentionally. Unfortunately when you came in last Friday, you happened to catch us at a very rare time.Please feel free to call me at the office if you would like to discuss this further. Ken 319-377-7357
