Willow Gardens Care Center

This place commandeered my mothers Social Security and her stimulus. An animal shelter has more medical access than Willow Gardens. My Mama had a perpetual UTI. When she sank into depression, then dementia, she was either left in her bed or sat up into a wheelchair. Of course, when Covid-19 came around, I was even permitted to visit her through the glass. Some careless, irresponsible aide or nurse gave my beloved Mama Covid. She died a few hours after I was finally permitted to see her. Shes gone from my life. Forever. I blame Willow Gardens. For their poor, minimal care of her pre- and post- Covid.

Willow Gardens is no longer Willow Gardens. It has been bought out and is doing business as Silver Oak now. There has been almost a complete staff turnover since the buy out.

Some staff don't care about people or their job. They do what they want, when they want to. You pull up to this place and you will know that it's a 3 or 3.5 out of a possible 10. Don't leave your loved ones here.

Compassionate staff who take care of my mom are so kind. They make sure she gets the things that she likes, such as her favorite snacks, movies, and activities. Cindy, the nurse, takes time to explain to me what is going on with mom and is easy to work with.
