I miss Drugtown. In Marion. Never had to wait and it was so much more personal. I have been going there for over 30 years. That fresh food store is a choke and why did they put another gas station there? Waist of money.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-up window with only two cars ahead of me. Decided to park and go inside to wait another 30 minutes in line for the line to move 5 people. Also. I went in to get my prescription the day before and they told me it had to be ordered and then got a text 20 minutes after I left that it was ready. How did you have to order it then? Just extremely agitated with the lack of speedy service for medication I need. I called to talk to someone about it and was told that is how it is due to being combined with the drugstore. Changing to a different pharmacy after this last refill.

Today I went to pickup my prescription order which included four tubes of ointment. I was told my order would take fifteen minutes, to wait there, and they would call my name. Thirty minutes later, I was still waiting as other customers were being served. None of the staff bothered to ask the guy waiting in the wheelchair if they could help him. Finally my wife got tired of sitting in our car and came back in. She managed to flag down a clerk. He said my order was done; it had just been sitting back there. They had simply forgotten about me. They didn't even have to put the boxes of ointment in a bag! A thirty minute wait means they just don't care. We were very unhappy and resolved to take our new prescriptions elsewhere.

I was under the impression that drive through was supposed to be fast but I guess you have to Be OK with waiting forever, hitting the call button about 20 times with no response and then when you do call it takes forever and three separate people asking you The same questions to get your prescriptions.

They made my boyfriend stand around for literally an hour waiting for prescriptions that should have already been filled and when he brought it home I saw that they were pills but the prescription is for a little baby, it was supposed to be liquid. Im never sending prescriptions there again.
