        My mom has been telling her since friday that her insurance no longer covers her diabetic meds. Tuesday after noon Jessica Quinn tells my mom, "oh I just heard about this today. " Tonight my mom is without insulin because Jessica and her office took 5 days to respond to what would become an emergency situation. This whole office is constantly a disaster a terrible communication. I have seen this multiple times personally and through others. Avoid at all costs. Good doctors don't stay where staff can't relay messages, and or blame staff for their own carelessness.

        Jessica provides amazing services. She is extremely thorough and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She even was willing to come in on her day off to finish my daughter sports physical so she could still participate. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica.
