Requested they replace shower handle. Took them 4-5 visits to get it right. This is a plumbing company? They charge for every visit without informing you. You the customer get to pay for their learning. Shower handle bill was over $1k. Was fascinated by their lack of communication that I was still being charged for every visit of them to learn and it took a week between visits. Every time I was told it would be handled next visit. When all was said and done they left tools behind.

Had RDW come out to fix a toilet that was not flushing right. Last minute I asked for additional work to my sink which I hacked together and thought I just needed a AAV valve as it wasnt venting correctly. They went above and beyond and re-did everything I touched. Can finally use my downstairs toilet and my second sink because it now drains properly due to proper air flow. Cleaned up and Couldnt even tell they were there. Thanks! Quality work!

This is the second time iv used RDW, both times it was short notice, they called when inroute, did the job, cleaned up after. The workers were curtious, mindfull of walking in our home.I will not hesitate to call them again, very satisfied. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet repair
