Slowest workers with an attitude problems. Never know when things will be completed by them, such as a lock change, so dont ask. They dont know. Manager told me hed take me off the mail holding list and week later had mail still being held, had to make my 4th trip in about my box because they also dont have a phone apparently. Very inconvenient place.

USPS Marion: letter carriers do not check neighborhood mailboxes to see if theres outgoing mail. If they have nothing to deliver, they do not come by. Regular male carriers are more conscientious than substitute carriers. Absolutely frustrating and very aggravating. I Have lost count on how many times Ive had to go and mail it myself because they didnt Bother to stop. Very late in processing packages that are AT the facility and have been for 2 DAYS.

Slowest usps ever. My packages from them are always late. I have lived in the same place for 4 years and never have my packages been on time. Ugh.

I have had 100% great service from our post office in Marion, Iowa! I appreciate all the employees and everytime I have called about something they have taken care of it quickly and were so polite on the phone. Thanks go to each and every one of you...I appreciate you all and your services.
