I check our LP every month, and as soon as I'm down to 20-25% I call for more - they are always out promptly. They also call and ask if we want a fill when LP is at a lower price, which is nice to know.

Working with them was a nightmare. We are new to having Lp since moving to our house . We set up an account with them and was put on an automatic refill based off of some calculation they do . The first time we ran out of gas I called and the guy I dealt with was mad at me... mad at the customer that I ran out of the product I buy from them. He claimed he was just out their 3 weeks ago and I told him it was 6. I wasn’t upset about this at all as like I said I’m new to having a house with Lp. He continued to argue with me about how long it was since he was out but I gave up since it didn’t really matter. I later found the bill that showed it was 6 weeks. After that he said he was going to put us on a shorter rotation to get gas. A while later we run out again because I was supposed to watch the tank to see when it got low but he said he would be out before it’s empty because we are on a shorter turn around. I was behind on my bill and they said I need to pay it to get service (completely my fault) made the payment in full . He also said I’d have to pay extra for it being empty because of other checks they had to perform . I again had no issue with that . He then again assured me he would check in earlier to make sure we get on the proper rotation or time period to get refills. That didn’t happened and we ran out of gas a 3rd time during the last couple nights when temps were down on the 20s and 30s. This time when I called the guy was snotty and said “I thought you’d be empty by now call the office and pay your bill”. I did call the Waverly office and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. I told her we were out of gas again and I think we should set up an account where it’s an automatic deposit because I clearly wasn’t thinking about checking my gauge and all that and I didn’t want to get behind on my bill again and cause an interruption in service . She said Matt will be able to set that up with you when he gets there to refill. Me and my kids froze that night trying to stay in the house but I was thankful they were going to come out and get us squared away the next day. So today the guy comes and pulls into my driveway , calls me and says “ I didn’t realize you were out, your going to have to get gas from a competitor and we won’t service your place anymore”. I was floored ! I was at work and really wanted to be ugly on the phone but since I deal with that at work and know it doesn’t help anything I told him I need to let him go because I’m at work. So my family sat in the freezing house today because after they got there they decided they didn’t want us as customers!! Are you kidding me. I would of gladly paid the empty extra fee or paid for the fill in full upfront but instead I will gladly take my 10s of thousands of dollars that we will spend heating our home to one of your competitors .
