While Tiffany has been long time friend, it has been an honor to watch her grow in her realty business and hear how she handles things to experiencing first hand how she applied her business acumen to her knowledge of myself and my family.
She walked the friend/professional line flawlessly and due to her driven nature to understand and apply her knowledge we were blessed to have her not only know our background, but also use her experiences and knowledge in a way that helped us (even when we didn't know we needed it). She listened, she informed, she took the time, and because of her we are now living in a dream come true property, years in the making and sold our house with as much ease as possible.
Yes, she had a leg up in knowing us personally, but even we didn't know the details of exactly what we wanted. She held our hand when needed, gave space when needed, told us realistic expectations and maintained her compassion. She is such a perfect blend of heart and info and anyone would be lucky to have her in their court when it came time to purchase/sell a home! (Anyone who can seamlessly flip from balancing wearing a professional hat and also a friend hat in the same process, and often times same sentence, is a true talent indeed!)

I've purchased several houses over the years, but this one in particular was extra stressful for various reasons. As such, I felt a bit like a first time buyer asking many questions and some repetitive at that. Tiffany was patient, knowledgeable, and never assuming. She asked all the right questions and if she didn't know the answer to something, she never pretended she did, and she always found out the answer in short order. I have had many agents leaving me thinking that real estate agents were over paid used car salesmen, and this was a pleasant change of pace!
