        It would be nice to get a call from them when you call them to work on your house.

        Had new roof installed about 6 weeks before derecho. Insurance company gave me minimal compensation from damage, even though I believe I had more damage than they compensated; they did insist that I get an evaluation from D & D. 3 times D & D said they would come out, 3 no shows.

        We were VERY fortunate to select D and D after a storm damaged our roof. From the original interaction with Dan the owner to the completed cleanup of the workers we can not recommend them enough!!! Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

        Dan was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with customer comes first not in his vocabulary wouldn't answer phone calls after 5 phone calls he finally answered and very rude to my wife very unreliable!
