        Usually I have great service in here but not sure what happened today. Went in to buy a bottle of vape juice and when I went to put it in my vape in the parking lot the whole bottle top came off and exploded more then half of the vape juice all over me and my car. Since I was still in the parking lot I went in to see if there was something they could do since this just happened to my sister in law and they replaced her bottle since it happened within seconds of her buying. I went in and asked and the guy behind the counter he basically laughed at me and said yeah thats happened to me so no there isnt anything for me to do I said are you serious? I just bought it? And he said you should make sure you check the top Now I understand a policy is a policy but dont hold your policy for one person and then break policy for another. Also maybe dont be condescending and rude to customers who just spent 30 dollars on vape juice they can no longer use because it is completely gone before I could put it into my own vape. I wont be back Ill get my vape juice and stuff like that somewhere else from now on. Unacceptable customer service.
