Wells Fargo Bank

Plenary 2024 and they continue to make appointments in a bank where almost no people arrive, are we still in COVID time? . If you arrive without appointments, they don't see you and the employees look at their phones. Horrible experience

Wells Fargo is a good Bank. This location is friendly and accessible. They have good hours. It is a clean establishment. They have a friendly staff. There's not a lot of people that work there. Lots of empty cubicles. I'm assuming most people do things online anymore. I'm just happy that there's a branch somewhere around still I've been Wells Fargo customer since 1994

I have been to both Marshalltown locations twice asking to see a banker. Once today and once last week. Both times there was not a banker available. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 40 years and I think it's time for a change. This is not the first poor service that I've received.

By far the worst bank I've ever experienced. Took 5 minutes for someone to wait on me and they were very rude too. Tried to cash a wells fargo check and I was told my minor child needed to forms of identification first.
