I have been unable to get an appointment in Des Moines or Marshalltown because they fail to call back even after they are told that I saw an oral surgeon and he wanted me to get a tooth examined because he believes there is a cavity. It's always been difficult to get in especially on emergency even though I call when they ask. They need to organize things better!

Tried to get an appointment and lady on phone was rude and said I needed to call back in 2 months. Couldn't schedule anything just had to call back. Very unprofessional

The worst part of the experience is dealing with the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. They do not greet you. They dont help you. And they dont answer the phones when theyre literally just sitting there. Didnt have too bad of an experience for my toddler when we actually saw the dentist. Was in and out as she is just a little one. Cant seem to get in anywhere else. Otherwise I definitely would and wouldnt go back here.

2019: Great staff, very clean facility, and they do excellent dental work! 2023: Terrible experience. There were 2 employees taking a selfie behind the counter while patients were waiting to check in. The front office staff were a joke and terrible. The dentist and the dental hygienist were very kind, however.
