        When I was using their website to attempt to schedule windshield replacement, I came to a webpage requesting my email address. The small print explained that if I submitted my email address they would not only communicate about my scheduled service, but would also send me unsolicited commercial email (i.e. spam). There was no option to opt out of the spam. So, I closed the webpage and DID NOT submit my email. They sent me spam anyway. So, they're dishonest about email. And, if they'll cheat about a little thing like an email, I'm not going to trust them with a windsheld. Asking them to delete or not to sell the info (that I didn't give permission for in the first place) is a poor solution after the information has already been deceptively acquired, used, and/or sold.
