        They did not listen to my feedback at all, and butchered the curls off the side of my head I was and still am extremely disappointed. I am not happy at all three months worth of growing my dang curls out completely gone. They dont know how to handle people with curly hair at all and it still pisses me off like I feel like I was given a disservice. This is not how I wanted my hair done, but the damage was done, and there was nothing I could have said to fix it. I told them I wanted it to lay properly not remove my damn curls. If you value your efforts in growing your natural hair out please just avoid this place its a complete joke. They dont even know what you ask of them. I am still very upset.
