Thought I was going to a psychiatrist that my dr suggested. who could refill my meds. When I found he was a psychologist I sat through an hour long session. When I accidentally forgot I had an appt. They took it upon themselves to chew out my wife on the phone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Dont want to be treated here. Not my cup of tea

Was given an incorrect diagnosis after 2 computer tests and a 30 minute appt. Disputed the charges, because why am I paying you to suggest medications that could harm if not needed, and was sent to collections. 2 stars because i got in quickly and the receptionist is decent.

Would recommend highly. Very easy to talk to. Spent much time with my elderly mother also. She had been controlled & abused by an alcoholic husband & son. She was comfortable talking with Dr. Steiner & that's saying alot. She was scared to be left alone with anyone outside of family & was fine alone with Dr. Steiner. I personally have found him helpful. He will discuss in depth anything you pose. But he will not push if you don't feel ready.
