        Excellent service and quick responses to help you secure your rental as quickly as you need it. Communicated through email, texts, and phone calls/very accessible. Units are clean and parking is in a private lot!

        Living there was nice. The Internet is kind of bad like most hastily built apartments. But overall good quality apartments. My issue was with moving out. I was charged full rent for 9 days, so didn't pay on time. Got 200 dollars in late fees and eventually my rent was pro rated so I made my payment. Never got refunded the late rent fee. Even got a notice about being kicked out for me being 3 days late on rent. In the end saved myself 500 dollars by getting 200 dollars of late fees.

        Im on day four of no heat temperature outside has been below zero and my townhome temperature as been running at 50. Last two days I was told the guy would be out that day but now that it is the weekend the response is they are looking into it

We've been actively working with our local HVAC vendor, who unfortunately faced unexpected delays despite our multiple efforts.Understanding the urgency, the onsite leasing agent took the initiative to provide reimbursement for space heaters to ensure your comfort while we worked on resolving the HVAC concerns.
