Perfect room! Private and cozy. The only thing I have to complain about is the lack of cleaning attention to the rooms. You get better cleaning service at the hotel. The suites have a kitchen therefore the trash from cooking is greater than in a hotel room, so the suites definitely need a daily trash pickup. Other than that its wonderful!

Where do I begin... I can say this much the inside of this place is clean and nice. I will look on the pictures is how it looks in real life. What made my experience absolutely terrible was Miss Brandy Branstad (The manager of this property and the manager of the Hampton Inn and suites next-door) I booked five days on Airbnb and then I extended my stay with her for two more weeks after. In reality I should have booked all three weeks with Airbnb because I would’ve paid a cheaper rate. She gave me a price quote of $94 roughly and changed my price quote two different times after that within one week. I ended up paying roughly $130 a day to stay at her property which to me is extremely high for a person that was staying there for three weeks. My first week there, it was a gentleman staying underneath me and I asked him what was he paying and he told me $111. That blew my mind that somebody can come and stay there for three days pay111 a.k.a. a cheaper rate than me and I was there for three weeks paying $130. The magnetic keycard that they give you for your house are very easily disturbed by any and everything you do. I stay in hotels well over 250 days a year. So I understand you can’t have these cards by your cell phone, AirPods, laptop etc. etc. So I then began to leave the cards in my cupholder in my car and still every day if not every other day I had to walk inside the Hampton Inn next-door to get a card replacement. The side door to the Hampton Inn wasn’t working for at least the first week that I was there. Instead of the manager putting a sign on the door to let people know that it wasn’t working you would go there and think that your card was not working and have to get new cards when in all reality it was just the door. After my complaint she then put a sign on the door. This property is next to the Hampton Inn and in reality I don’t think it is owned by the Hampton Inn at all. At one point in time the front desk lady gave me a card that works for my building next-door and then another car to get inside the Hampton Inn to access the pool that isn’t working the gym and the laundry room. So like I said before the building and my place that I stayed Incas clean & nice. But under no circumstances will I ever stay there again as long as Brandy Branstad is the manager or has anything to do with either one of those properties. She was a terrible host, she raise my rate extremely within one week and honestly wasn’t very professional at all. I literally stay at the Marriott which I am a member and the Hilton which I am a member as well for almost 250 days a yeah which I previously stated. So I understand the type of service that I’m supposed to get and I didn’t receive that by far. I find it very awkward that you have to walk across the street or should I say across the parking lot into the Hampton Inn to do anything for the property whether it be wash your clothes, workout or change out a room key that the magnetic strip goes bad on daily. It is a major inconvenience. If you don’t mind driving 40 minutes up the road there is a Candlewood suites right when you get into Minnesota that is it’s extremely well worth it. GOD BLESS ALL... HAVE A GREAT DAY. One more thing I would like to add is I placed the correct address a package that I had sent to this place and it was delivered to them which they said never was, never received my package and I can’t begin to tell you where it’s at. Even my tracking number states that they delivered it to this address.
