        The family that owns this is kind and clean. Breakfast is nice. Great value for the price Rooms: Clean double queen with tub and shower. Big tv with cable. Parking close to room Walkability: Centrally located and close to everything.

        Just went there to visit a friend that was working the front desk. Lobby was very clean and the help was very friendly. Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious. Walkability: The hotel is located in central part of town so you can walk to alot of the nearby eateries and bars.

        Stayed for one night. Room was OK, check in was laborious, hot water was non existent. Two weeks after my stay they fraudulently charged my card and after numerous calls to choice hotels, my charge was never resolved. If you are looking for a decent place to stay in Mason City, this is NOT the spot, and I highly recommend avoiding all choice hotels!
