Ben came to provide a bid for replacement of my boiler & central air. After he looked it over, he believes it doesn't need replacement. I am going to see what he can do. This guy is confident he can save me money. Moving forward to schedule a service call. Crossing my fingers.

Moved an AC unit further away from the house due to a new deck and when they came to reconnect they said they couldn't extend the wire connection without a certified electrician. Had to call an electrician separately to come the next day. The electrician connected everything but said someone from Mechanical Air would need to come again the next day and do a final setup of the AC unit. Resulted in an elderly woman being without air for 3 days more than necessary in 90+ degree weather. If they would have mentioned that an electrician would be needed or even potentially needed it all could have been avoided. Service: A/C system maintenance
