We came in with 2 adults and 3 kids and were all seen in a timely manner. We were all tested and treated. Bailey, Helen, and Macy were all so sweet to us!!! We will be back for our ongoing care!! We weren't expecting such genuine courtesy and for us 2 mom and dad to be seen as well so that was where they went above and beyond! Huge thanks (:

I'm good with the psych, social worker and Hispanic / front desk workers there but Jade Financial Assistance woman is the most awful person that I met in my life. I hope the Administration can review the audio about my conversation with her.

A very bad experience with Jade "Financial Assistance" terrible and the most disgusting person I have ever met in my life. She was screaming at me as if she is the owner of the clinic and treated me sarcastically when she could see that I had serious health problems for more than a month. She tells me that "it is not possible for her to send me a document reminder by postal mail because she has many patients, among other things" that I hope the Administration can hear. I hope you can also see the cameras from when they helped me fill out the assistance, it wasn't me because I was seriously ill. I believe in karma 100% and I will reach out to patients' rights, among other resources for how her treated me.

Jade "Financial Assistance department" she never answered to us when we was asking about her name and Administration information because she was screaming to us by phone and was very very awful person. No compassion at all . She don't care about people health at all.
