Tyler and I would recommend Jessica Graham, Realtor in North Iowa with Jane Fischer & Associates to any of our friends or family looking for a relator. Jessica is an excellent communicator and such a hard worker. She responded to all of our emails and text quickly! She got our house listed on the market less then 12 hours and we received 3 offers in less than a week. I truly believe we wouldn't have closed on our house yesterday without her. She was very strategic when we accepted our first offer, and then continued to show the house and to get the best offer possible. We were blown away with her work ethic and knowledge. We also wanted to be able to skip a mortgage payment in August to have a break, so we were trying to close the end of July, but unfortunately did not work for the buyers. Jessica talked with our bank so we were able to skip our August payment, which helped us out greatly. This summer was a super stressful time as we were selling this house and already closed on another in Avoca. We needed this house sold before September 1 to avoid double payments. We truly couldn't have done it without her and are so thankful we chose her for our relator.
