I chose the Gordon Flesch Company because of their 5 star rating and since I have found those stars are well earned and appropriate.
I am the pastor of a small church and my first contact was with Paul Blong who went above and beyond his call of duty to make a workable contract . He was friendly, polite and straight forward--there were no surprises. Once we obtained the copier/printer we finally agreed upon (my stuff not theirs), There were others that came in to make sure all went well--Brandon McConnell and Troy (I think that was his name)were the two that came and they made sure the that the machine worked we had a few techmical issues due to the internet I use, and the company sent Tim Osgood to fix the issues and he came not only once but twice to make sure we figured the issue out.
Since, we have been called to make sure of our satisfaction. This is a company that treats not only their customers like family, but it appears they treat their employees the same. And that is important to me. I know if I have a question, I call or text Paul Blong and he finds the answer for me. I couldn't be happier!!
