        Unprofessional, Argumentative, and disrespectful if you are not with a parent. Used excessive language and attitude, could have been a bad day but its still his practice and not my problem if he doesnt have a good day. I was trying to understand details of my situation when he started talking loudly about my dental records and making a scene for no reason. I will remove this when he takes responsibility for his actions if he does.
